How much does aircraft charter cost?

How early do I need to arrive?

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your planned departure time.  The time between arriving to the airport and “wheels up” can be anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes depending on air traffic control.

Where do I go to check in for my flight?

When departing from Chicago Executive Airport, the aircraft will meet you at Signature Flight Support (1100 S Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling, IL), which is a Fixed-base Operator (FBO).

What documents do I need to bring?

You will need a government issued picture ID to show the Captain. International passengers will also need a passport.  Foreign visitors will need to have their passport with them.

What if my schedule changes?

Simply contact us to adjust your flight as needed.  There are no administrative costs to change your schedule, but revisions to the itinerary are subject to fee adjustments.

What if I’m late for my flight?

We’ll wait! Life happens, that’s why you have Ventis Aviation at your service. Adjusting your flight plan just takes a quick phone call.

What if I need to cancel my flight?

There are no cancellation fees if a scheduled roundtrip is cancelled with at least 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled departure time.  If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the departure time, the cancellation fee is equal to two hours of flight time plus any fees incurred by third-party vendors.

Do you provide accommodations and ground transportation?

We can arrange accommodations and transportation for you. Simply advise your trip coordinator of the details and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you provide catering and accommodate special requests?

Light snacks and refreshments are available on each flight; however we can accommodate customized food orders or special beverage requests.  If you have any specific requests, let your trip coordinator know when confirming the trip.

Can you accommodate passengers with special needs?

We always do our best to accommodate passengers with special needs. Simply advise the trip coordinator prior to your flight for further information.
